SOPHIE DANIEL JEWELRY

After the NAOki collection, I am offering a new collection "Secret Garden" in which trees will be the main themes. Some prints of my landscape photos will be in the spotlight, but also prints of old paintings, under resin or glass. Mother-of-pearl, crystals, will dress the patterns in golden and patinated hues. A season a little mysterious, melancholic and poetic. Each piece is unique, and can be replicated when the materials are still available. In the case of an order, it will take 2 additional days.

NAOki is the name of my new collection of Japanese-inspired jewelry and accessories. Each piece is unique and composed of various materials, * Resin, cultured pearls, glass pearls, seed beads, mother-of-pearl, glass crystals, rhinestones, metal assembled by collage. * Fabrics, lace, wool, bead embroidery, assembled with a sewing machine or needle.



General Conditions of Sale
*Purpose: These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between "Bijoux et accessoires Sophie Daniel", hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and any person making a purchase on the website [www.bijouxsophiedaniel.com], hereinafter referred to as the "Customer". They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of designer jewelry, unique and handmade pieces.
*Products: The products offered for sale are designer jewelry, handmade and may include unique pieces. Product photographs are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding. The Customer is invited to carefully read the description of each product before placing an order.
*Prices: Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They are subject to change at any time, without notice. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are specified at the time of order confirmation.
*Order: The Customer places an order on the website by following the online ordering process. Validation of the order constitutes full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
*Payment: Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the website. The Customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the chosen payment method. In the event of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order will be automatically canceled.
*Delivery: Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated when confirming the order and may vary depending on the destination. In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
*Right of withdrawal: In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs which remain his responsibility.
*Warranties: Products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the Customer may contact the Seller's Customer Service to obtain an exchange or refund.
*Protection of personal data: Personal data collected as part of the sale is processed in compliance with current regulations. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting the Seller's Customer Service.

*Objet: Les présentes conditions générales de vente régissent les relations entre "Bijoux et accessoires Sophie Daniel", ci-après dénommé le « Vendeur », et toute personne effectuant un achat sur le site internet [www.bijouxsophiedaniel.com], ci-après dénommée le « Client ». Elles définissent les droits et obligations des parties dans le cadre de la vente de bijoux de créateur, pièces uniques et faites à la main.
*Produits: Les produits proposés à la vente sont des bijoux de créateur, réalisés à la main et pouvant comporter des pièces uniques.

Les matériaux utilisés (apprêts, éléments décoratifs, supports et composants) sont sélectionnés auprès de fournisseurs professionnels et sont conformes à la réglementation européenne en vigueur relative aux bijoux fantaisie (directive REACH).

Les bijoux sont sans plomb, sans cadmium et sans nickel.

Les photographies des produits sont présentées à titre indicatif et ne sont pas contractuelles. Le Client est invité à lire attentivement la description de chaque produit avant de passer commande.

Informations importantes:

Les bijoux proposés sont destinés à un usage décoratif.

Ils ne constituent en aucun cas des dispositifs médicaux.

En cas d’allergie connue aux métaux, il est recommandé de demander des informations complémentaires avant achat.
*Prix: Les prix sont indiqués en euros toutes taxes comprises (TTC). Ils sont susceptibles d’être modifiés à tout moment, sans préavis. Les frais de livraison sont à la charge du Client et sont précisés lors de la validation de la commande.
*Commande: Le Client passe commande sur le site internet en suivant le processus de commande en ligne. La validation de la commande vaut acceptation pleine et entière des présentes conditions générales de vente. Le Vendeur se réserve le droit d’annuler ou de refuser toute commande d’un Client avec lequel il existerait un litige relatif au paiement d’une commande antérieure.
*Paiement: Le paiement s'effectue en ligne par carte bancaire ou tout autre moyen de paiement sécurisé proposé sur le site internet. Le Client garantit qu'il est pleinement habilité à utiliser le moyen de paiement choisi. En cas de refus de paiement par l'organisme bancaire, la commande sera automatiquement annulée.

 

*Frais de douane et taxes – Expéditions hors Union européenne

Toute commande expédiée en dehors de l’Union européenne peut être soumise à des droits de douane, taxes locales (TVA, droits d’importation) et frais de traitement imposés par les autorités du pays de destination.

Ces frais sont exclusivement à la charge du client et ne sont ni inclus dans le prix des produits ni dans les frais de livraison facturés sur notre site.

Nous n’avons aucun contrôle sur ces frais et ne pouvons en prévoir le montant.

Tout refus de paiement de ces frais ou toute non-réclamation du colis entraînant son retour ou sa destruction ne pourra donner lieu à aucun remboursement.

Customs duties and taxes – Shipments outside the European Union

Any order shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes (VAT, import duties) and handling fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs charged on our website.

We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

Any refusal to pay these charges or failure to collect the parcel resulting in its return or destruction will not be eligible for any refund.
